Information this site collects

This website does not have a submission database, customer account system, newsletter signup, advertising pixel, analytics service, or third-party form processor.

When you complete a request form, the website opens your own email application with the information you entered. Nothing is sent until you review and send that email yourself.

How emailed information is used

If you email Sullivan Sales & Marketing, the information you provide may be used to answer questions about products, samples, training, distributor availability, or manufacturer representation.

Only send what is needed.

Do not include payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data in a website request.

Sharing and retention

Sullivan Sales & Marketing does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with a relevant manufacturer or distributor only when reasonably necessary to answer your request, or when disclosure is required by law.

Business email is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, ordinary recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information is held about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask not to receive additional follow-up. Requests remain subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
